Trakvion Solutions (Juggly LLC, DBA Trakvion Solutions)

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at www.trakvionsolutions.com or engaging with any services provided by Trakvion Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Juggly LLC doing business as Trakvion Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Trakvion Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:
• Social Media Management
• Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Website Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• All-in-One CRM Setup
• GoHighLevel Setup & Automation
• Email & SMS Marketing
• AI Chatbot Creation
Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to each client.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as agreed upon in the individual service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, payment is due before services commence. For monthly recurring services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
4. No Results Guarantee
Trakvion Solutions does not guarantee specific results including but not limited to specific search engine rankings, number of leads, social media followers, or advertising performance. Digital marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Ensuring all materials provided to Trakvion Solutions are legally owned or licensed
• Ensuring all consumer data provided complies with applicable laws including TCPA and GDPR
• Timely review and approval of deliverables
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for the client become the property of the client. Trakvion Solutions retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing intellectual property of Trakvion Solutions remains our property.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. Trakvion Solutions will not disclose client business information to third parties without written consent, except as required to deliver the agreed services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trakvion Solutions’ total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Trakvion Solutions in the one (1) month immediately preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Trakvion Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these Terms of Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
